Bookworms & Brushes is not responsible for delays once an order has been handed off to the shipping carrier.

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the curated and limited nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds or returns for:

Subscription boxes
One-time boxes
Digital content
Individual items
Paint parties/events

Damaged or Missing Items
If your box arrives damaged or something is missing, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include photos if applicable, and we will do our best to make it right.

Lost Packages
Once a package has been handed off to the shipping carrier, Bookworms & Brushes is not responsible for delays or lost shipments. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be found, please contact the carrier directly. We are happy to assist where we can.

7. Subscription Cancellations

Subscriptions may be canceled at any time through your account portal.
To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellations must be made before the stated renewal date.
Once a renewal charge has been processed, it is non-refundable.

8. Intellectual Property, Digital Content, & Creative Material
